Cheryl grew up in North Carolina in a small town called Kernersville which is part of what they call “The Triad” consisting of Winston-Salem, Kernersville and Greensboro. She moved to Conway in 2007 and is married to Jeff Woodward, a native of Conway, SC.

Cheryl started her real estate career after 26 years of working with executives in the corporate world of several fortune 500 companies. She thrived in the fast paced and detail driven corporate environment and carried her enthusiasm and experience into the real estate market when she became a real estate broker in North Carolina in 2006.

She enjoys taking care of her clients and has excelled in handling the tedious details from start to finish with buyers and sellers. She is also an experienced Mortgage Loan Originator specializing in helping Veterans refinance their homes. Her passion is assisting all of her clients in achieving their real estate goals. Cheryl prides herself in providing an unparalleled service to her clients.
